The North Star offers a private floor which includes 80–100 desks, 28 perimeter hot desks, two 12–person boardrooms, two 6-person meeting rooms, multiple breakout areas for informal meetings, a private kitchen, 3 phone booths, a winter garden and a balcony.

The space is filled with lots of railway ephemera, an 80s arcade station, well quipped meeting rooms and a balcony with a striking view across to Paddington.
