Built by Great Western Railway in 1907, the striking redbrick building served as a ticket printing press before it was completely reimagined, refitted and refurbished in 2023, providing a new workspace that focuses on wellbeing and sustainability.

Porchester Building provides five storeys of modern workspaces offering a variety of spaces and exciting features. Comprising of a converted Victorian warehouse building, it was substantially reconstructed at the beginning of the 20th century with a concrete frame construction and underwent significant renovations in 2023 to provide a new workspace that focuses on wellbeing and sustainability.
The property benefits from a traditional red brick and stone façade with large, attractive crystal windows and four glazed façades on the fifth floor.
